Pedicures are an important part of hygiene and health.
I have been a licensed nail technician since 1993 and have continuing education with MediNail and The Meticulous Manicurist Online Nail Academy. In addition to performing caring pedicures for healthy feet, both these certifications have given me the education to help those with more problematic conditions of the feet that are not addressed in a typical pedicure, as well as to know when to refer to podiatry.
Always safe for diabetics, elderly, cancer patients or anyone with slow healing and higher risk of infection. Sterilized and disposable tools.

Massage Therapy
Getting a massage can offer several benefits, such as reducing stress, relieving muscle tension and pain, improving circulation, boosting the immune system, promoting relaxation, and enhancing overall well-being.
Therapeutic Integrated Massage
A massage customized to your needs, combining many techniques and styles from my 14 years of experience as a therapist. Intuitive, detailed, and fully with a focus on corrective work in addition to being deeply relaxing.
Restorative Lomi
My own blend of Lomi Lomi, Auth Method and Forearm dance to create a session that is as structurally therapeutic as it is hypnotic. Worked in long flowing strokes using the therapists forearms, and gentle movement of the joints throught their range of motion, from head to toe with traditional lomi lomi sheet draping.
Traditional Swedish
While Swedish style massage has become known for its long flowing a and relaxing effleurage strokes and kneading, a traditional Swedish also includes more invigorating techniqes such as vibration, rocking and hacking A great massage to begin your day.
Certified Prenatal
A properly trained prenatal therapist will perform prenatal in a sideline and/or partially inclined positioning.
Some think receiving corrective work during pregnancy is not possible, however this is the furthest from the the truth.
In fact the sideline postioning used in prenatal lends itself to many corrective techniques for the low back, hips, glutes, legs and shoulders.
Alternative Therapies
Choose one of these alternative therapies to enhance your service for optimal health. All current pricing can be found on my Massage Book Scheduling system.
Himalayan Stone
The newest counterpart in “stone” massages. The Himalayan stone has more benefits than it’s cousin (?!) the basalt stone.
Himalayan stone delivers more than fascia melting heat. It delivers minerals, draws out impurities, and counteracts those positive ions created by all our electronic devices, and has a slightly rough texture that acts as a mild exfoliant.
Percussion Therapy Gun
Often referred to as fascia, massage, or percussion guns, use targeted percussive therapy on muscles via the attachment head on the gun moving up and down at a rapid rate.
“This momentarily increases blood flow to the area as well as desensitizes the area being treated,” says Jesse Feder, RDN, CPT, CSCS. “By constantly applying a stimulus to the muscles, your nervous system ‘calms down’ and can temporarily relieve pain, stiffness, and muscle aches.”
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment that uses natural plant extracts to promote health and well-being. It works by using essential oils, which are aromatic compounds extracted from plants. These oils are typically massaged into the skin, inhaled directly, or used in baths and diffusers. Aromatherapy is used to help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, boost energy, and even help treat certain medical conditions.
Suggestion: Give “muscle calm” a try for your next session. Chamomile, Clove Leaf, Peppermint, Wintergreen, Eucalyptus, and Helichrysum essential oils create a wonderful blend. Muscle Calm works to increase energy and uplift our mood.
CBD Oil
CBD oil has many potential uses. It has been studied for its potential to reduce inflammation, improve mood, and reduce anxiety.
Additionally, it may be beneficial for skin health and help to reduce acne and other skin conditions. CBD oil is also being studied for its potential to help people with insomnia and other sleep issues. Lastly, it may help to improve overall wellness, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and aiding in general wellbeing.
I use Premiere Hemp CBD massage oil with lemongrass in a coconut base oil.
Hot/Cold Contrast
Hot and cold contrast massage therapy can be incredibly beneficial for a variety of reasons. Cold massage therapy can help reduce inflammation, decrease muscle spasms, and reduce pain. Hot massage therapy can help to increase circulation, reduce stress and tension, and reduce pain. When these two therapies are combined, they can create a powerful combination that can reduce inflammation, reduce pain, increase circulation, and reduce the risk of injury. Additionally, the alternating temperatures can create a “flush” as blood flow moves towards heat, and then away from cold.
Headache Relief Scalp Massage
Nothing can ruin a day quite like a headache. Headache Blend is a fresh, minty, and invigorating combination of powerful essential oils that can help rescue us from occasional discomfort. Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Lavender, Copaiba Balsam, Spearmint, Rosemary, Cinnamon Leaf essential oils, and Curcuma Longa Root Extract. Combined with a skilled scalp massage these two come together to help keep stress and tension at bay.
BellaBaci Cupping Massage
- a modified and simplified version of the ancient cupping therapy.
- The Bellabaci silicone, hand squeezed silicon cups, create suction on the body’s surface layers.
- Works with NEGATIVE pressure
- They are moved in a slow relaxing massage technique
- Cupping massage drains excess fluids and toxins, loosens adhesions, lift the connective tissue and bring optimal blood flow to stagnant muscles and skin.
